We also reserve the right to terminate a user’s account if that user is determined to be a repeat offender of copyright infringement.

If it’s not yours, don’t take credit for it!!!

If you believe that your work has been copied in any way, you need to submit the following in writing to file a copyright infringement complaint.

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on the behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  
  
• A description identifying all of the copyrighted works that you claim has been infringed upon.
  
  
• A description identifying all of the content that is claimed to be in violation of the copyright laws. Providing HerAirtime.com with an exact URL is the best way to file your claim as quickly and accurately as possible!
  
  
• Sufficient contact information including (but not limited to) your name, telephone number, mailing address, and e-mail address.
  
  
• A statement that the party filing a complaint has strong cause to believe that the use of the content in question is not authorized for use by the copyright owner, the agent of the copyright owner, or the law.
  
  
• A statement that the information provided in your copyright infringement notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on the copyright owners behalf.

Any person who knowingly misrepresents a copyright infringement or infringing activity may be subject to liability, according to section 512(f) of the Copyright Act.
